Conditions of hire
1. Though there is no age limit for steering the boat, the “Hirer” must be 21 years old at time of booking. The “hirer is also responsible for the competency and supervision of all people steering the boat.

2. For the purposes of “day hire” a day shall be deemed as 10.30am to 07.50pm (light permitting). For hires of more than one day the boat will be ready at 09.30am on day of departure and must be returned no later than 09.30am on the due return date.

3. For short break hire a non-refundable deposit of 30% will be required on booking with the balance paid on day of departure.

4. For day hire a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required on booking.

4. The boat must be returned in a clean and proper condition. All accidents / breakages must be reported to the owners at the earliest opportunity. No liability is to be accepted by the hirer in any accident/ dispute with a third party.
